Printing & Scanning are 2 of the most basic functions in office technologies today, but to figure out HOW to set up my Dell printer, and then how to scan, I felt like I needed a PHD in "What-the-???" I am an office administrator w/ over 15 years working in a Tech company, and although the printer was a little difficult I figured it out ok, (and maybe it's because of my upgrated Office Suite that I was confused on that one) but when I finally found the scanning instructions they are 9 pages long and everytime I finally figure out how to scan something, it's a mystery how I did it. I've had this printer for a month and I'm ready to take it back. It should NOT be this complicated.
My mother has lost her addresses in her "Forget Me Not" file. Does anyone know how to get it back? I can't even understand how they got deleted. Can this file be in the recycle bin? Can anyone help me with this?
